This notice governs use of GolfNode's public discovery website and records the current public-use and authority boundaries. Paid GolfNode OS and commercial services remain separate and require the applicable terms and attributable acceptance before activation. This notice is not a legal opinion.
Public product boundary
GolfNode provides governed public representations.
Public access permits users to discover represented golf clubs and review available evidence-backed information. It does not grant institutional authority, commercial entitlement, unrestricted editing, media rights, or publication authority.
- GolfNode public club profiles are evidence-backed representations assembled from available governed sources.
- A represented club profile does not imply ownership, endorsement, partnership, affiliation, or authorised management by the club.
- Public information may be incomplete, stale, disputed, withheld, or subject to further verification.
- GolfNode may correct, qualify, withdraw, suppress, or replace public information when evidence or governance requires it.
- Users must not attempt to bypass authentication, Claim review, affiliation controls, Club Activation controls, or publication controls.
- Users must not submit passwords, authentication secrets, banking credentials, card information, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive material through public contact pathways.
Separate governed processes
No single action creates every form of authority.
Corrections
Correction requests enter governed review and do not create automatic canonical or public changes.
GolfNode OS
Access, affiliation, Club Activation, OS entitlement, editing authority, and publication authority remain separate statuses.
Commercial activation
An activation request is not a payment, invoice, contractual acceptance, or access grant.
Media
Visibility, submission, possession, or attribution does not establish copyright ownership, permission, approval, or publication authority.
External links
Third-party websites, booking systems, maps, providers, and external content remain outside GolfNode control and may have separate terms.
Corrections and disputes
Public representations may be challenged.
Identify the exact club profile, field, statement, image, or public detail concerned and provide supporting evidence where available. Submission does not create an automatic change.
