Public corrections

Question or correct a GolfNode representation.

GolfNode public club profiles are evidence-backed representations that can be challenged and improved. A correction request should identify the exact profile and information concerned so it can enter governed review.

Before submitting

Start with the exact club profile.

Find the represented club first. Requests that identify the precise profile, field, and supporting source can be assessed more reliably than general statements without attributable evidence.

Find the club profile

Required information

Include enough detail for a bounded review.

  • The represented club name.
  • The exact GolfNode public profile URL.
  • The field, statement, image, or public detail being challenged.
  • The correction you believe should be considered.
  • An attributable public source or other supporting evidence, where available.
  • Your name and a contact address so the request can be clarified or acknowledged.

Review boundaries

Evidence, authority, and publication remain separate.

Submit the correction for governed review.

Use the institutional correction mailbox. Provide only the information relevant to the correction and avoid unnecessary sensitive material.

Authorised club representatives with an active GolfNode OS entitlement may use the separate evidence-backed proposal workspace. That authenticated workflow does not replace the public correction pathway and does not guarantee a public change.
